English is not her first language so it's a barrier to overcome when you have revisions. I had a few more revisions but I ran out of time and decided I'll edit what she had created instead of going back and forth with her. Overall, you get what you pay for.

The seller does good work but my order that was suppose to take a few days to complete took 16 days for the final closeout. The seller did intially provide me the explainer video in about 2 days, but i asked for very minor revisions that took forever to complete. something as simple as changing one image on one of the slides took 16 days for the seller to change . The work provided was good. but the communication failed which prompted me to contact the resolution center. Im not sure if i would work with the seller again, but the work provided is good.
