:The bnn_marketing team's best work is fantastic and we are happy with the end result. Communication wasn't great (there was a significant time difference). We felt that bnn_marketing could've used a bit more artistic intuition at times, often sending through a draft that was a bit sloppy. However, the team persisted through 6 drafts and a significant number of changes to get to a great end product - which is what matters most.
:Daniel is very good at getting back within the SLA and the quality is always excellent. I do appreciate the artistic license the team has when I don't necessarily have the bets approach for certain scenes. Great job.
:The first video that was sent for approval was not like the premium quality that is advertised even though we bought premium package. But all revisions were taken into account and the result is what we wanted. Just did not expected such bad result at the start.
