:+ quick response + several adjustments were made - first delivery had flaws that a simple quality check at the producer should have cleared before delivery - delayed delivery (5 days even after approving an extension) - no consideration of music request - only static paintings, no animation effects (e.g. blinking) - script request regarding the structure was ignored - length of videos is not exact
