The seller was enthusiastic, positive and kind and did, eventually produce good work. The communication was very poor. I paid extra for a 2 day turn around and it was 3 days with no communication indicating that it was coming. Then when I requested revisions, the seller said it would be 24 hours, it was 3 days, and the seller did not communicate with me. When they did, they said it was because of all of my requests, but they would never answer my questions re timeline. They came through in the 11th hour right when my project was due. The final product was high quality, but the communication experience was very poor.
