This is For a program Called "Wallpaper Engine" on stream for pc

I will Animate a Photo, Image, Wallpaper for you, do note that I only Animate the wallpaper and not make or draw them, you must provide the image to be worked on.

BASIC:

Effects only, does not include any movement on main subject

-fire, ember, ash

-water flowing, ripple, waves, splash, rain or snow

-lights, light particles, shine, light shafts, 'magical' effects

-falling leaves, stars, dust, sand

STANDARD:

Effects adds Movement on 'main' subject

-character breathing, idle stance, swaying head/hand/feet/body

-hair and clothes moving with the wind

-Logo, Object, Name, Title floating

PREMIUM:

Effects Movement on main and some 'background' subjects

-add movement on background subjects and objects if there are multiple

things wanting to move

-will add audio reactive stuff if possible: Audio Bars, pulsing lights etc.

-choose 1 optional stuff: background Music or raw files or 1080p looping video
