The quality of work was very good, but it was a bit hard to get exactly what I wanted without racking up the additional cost. I should've asked to hear the voices of the characters first to make sure I wanted them and to add two additional words cost me $25 (and I wasn't completely happy), but it was good enough. Not her fault, but the system is not set up to get exactly what you want unless you are willing to continue to pay a lot for small changes. Also, I thought the communication could've been a bit better. As I would respond to a comment from her within 5-10 minutes and get a response for my comment within 1-2 days.This hasn't been my experience with other freelancers on Fiverr.
